The TOPDON RLink Lite is a professional J2534 VCI designed to provide True OEM Software Access. Unlike standard scanners, it acts as a fully unlocked gateway, allowing technicians to use official manufacturer software (purchased separately) for factory-level ECU Programming, Coding, and Firmware Updates.
