Shipping Origin and Delivery Areas
Germany
For customers located in Germany, orders are shipped from our local German warehouse using DHL or equivalent trusted delivery partners.
We offer free shipping on orders within Germany.
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
As shipments within Germany are handled domestically, no customs procedures or import formalities apply. The price shown at checkout is the final price payable for your order, and customers will not be charged additional customs duties or import VAT upon delivery.
European Union Countries
For customers located in other European Union member states, including France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Austria, Belgium and other EU regions, orders are normally dispatched from our German warehouse.
We offer free shipping across the European Union.
Estimated delivery time: 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and local carrier operations.
As shipments move within the European Union, no customs duties or additional import charges will apply upon delivery. The price shown at checkout is the final price payable for your order.
Other European Countries and Regions
We may also offer free shipping to selected European countries or regions outside the European Union, where shipping is available at checkout.
Estimated delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, carrier route, customs processing and local delivery conditions.
Please note that shipments to countries or regions outside the European Union may be subject to customs clearance, import VAT, duties, handling fees or other local charges. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.
Free shipping refers to the transportation cost charged by TopTool and does not include import duties, import VAT, customs clearance fees or local taxes that may be charged by the destination country.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Our logistics operations run from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery and efficient logistics handling.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number from DHL or one of our designated logistics partners.
You can track your shipment using the tracking link included in the shipping confirmation email.
Please note that tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active in the carrier’s system after dispatch.
