30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window for eligible products purchased from TopTool EU.
For TOPDON, Autel and Launch products purchased from our EU store, return requests are handled through our TopTool EU support team. Please contact us before sending any item back, so we can check your case and provide the correct return instructions.
Returned items should be in good condition and include the original packaging, accessories and manuals.
Warranty & After-Sales Service
Most diagnostic tools purchased from TopTool EU include a standard warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
For TOPDON and Autel products purchased from TopTool EU, warranty cases are handled through our EU after-sales process. Depending on the product model, issue type, warranty status and stock availability, eligible cases may be handled with local inspection, repair or replacement.
For Launch products purchased from TopTool EU, returns and warranty requests are also handled by our TopTool EU support team. We will check the issue, assist with setup, registration, software questions, troubleshooting and function verification, and provide the appropriate next step according to the product condition and Launch warranty policy.
If a Launch product requires manufacturer-level physical repair, the case may need to follow the designated Launch service procedure.

Software Updates
Software update periods vary by brand and model. Some devices include lifetime free updates, while others include 1 year or 2 years of free software updates.
After the free update period ends, many devices can still be used with the software version and vehicle coverage already installed. However, newly released vehicle coverage, newly added functions, online services, security gateway access, coding support or other server-based features may require an active update service.
