RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. 100% AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE

As an authorized partner of TOPDON, we guarantee that all products purchased from Toptool are 100% authentic and of the highest quality. We stand behind our products with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)

According to EU law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day you acquire physical possession of the goods.

3. 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Beyond the legal minimum, Toptool allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if you are not completely satisfied.

4. LOCAL EUROPEAN RETURNS (IMPORTANT)

To ensure your return is processed correctly, please follow these warehouse instructions:

  • Local German Return Hub: All returns from Germany and the EU are processed at our local German return warehouse.

  • Authorization Required: You MUST contact our support team at support@toptoolonline.com to obtain the specific local return address before shipping your item.

  • No Returns to Shipping Origin: Do not send items back to the address listed on your shipping label (the fulfillment warehouse). We cannot guarantee a refund for items sent to the wrong location without prior authorization.

5. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

To be eligible for a full refund (where Toptool covers the return shipping costs), the order must meet one of the following criteria:

  • You received an incorrect product.

  • The product received is damaged, faulty, or not working upon arrival.

6. CUSTOMER-INITIATED RETURNS & FEES

If a return or cancellation is initiated by the customer without any fault on the part of the seller:

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • The buyer is responsible for any non-refundable service fees incurred from the original transaction (e.g., payment provider fees).

  • Toptool reserves the right to deduct these transaction fees from the final refunded amount.

7. RETURN PROCESS & CONDITION

  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, free gifts, and manuals.

  • Tracking Info: Once the package is sent to the provided local address, you must provide us with the tracking information.

  • Condition Review: We reserve the right to void a "Free Return" or deduct value based on a fair judgment of the item's condition upon arrival.

8. REFUND TIMELINE

  • Approval: Once your return is received and inspected at our German hub, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days.

  • Payment Method: Credits will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
