1. Shipping Origin and Delivery Areas
Germany
For customers located in Germany, all orders are shipped from our local German warehouse using DHL or equivalent premium delivery partners.
We offer free shipping on all orders within Germany.
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Since all shipments are handled domestically within Germany, no customs procedures or import formalities apply.
All prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes, and customers will not incur any additional charges upon delivery.
Other European Union Countries
For customers located in other European Union member states — including France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, and other EU regions — orders are also dispatched from our German warehouse.
We offer free shipping across the European Union.
Estimated delivery time: 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and local carrier operations.
As all shipments move within the European Union, no customs duties or additional import charges will apply upon delivery.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Our logistics operations run Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery and efficient logistics handling.
